Chahine Yavroyan

We are heartbroken to report the death of our friend and client, Chahine Yavroyan.  As well as an incredibly talented lighting designer and collaborator, Chahine was the finest of human beings, gentle and wise.  We will miss him enormously.  Our thoughts are with his family and friends.

Dance Nation

Hogarth’s Progress

Douglas O’Connell is video and projection designer of the world premiere of Hogarth’s Progress by Nick Dear.  The double bill of The Art of Success and The Taste of the Town runs at the Rose Theatre, Kingston until 21 October – book here!

The Lehman Trilogy

Nick Powell is music and sound designer on The Lehman Trilogy, charting the history and legacy of the family business that collapsed and sparked a worldwide financial crisis. The production plays at the Lyttleton Theatre until 20 October. More details here.

Jimmy’s Hall Revival

Following sell out performances and critical acclaim in the summer of 2017, Jimmy’s Hall, designed by Colin Richmond returns for an Irish Tour. The Abbey Theatre production will play in Limerick, Galway and Cork. Full details can be found here.

Exit the King

Emily-Jane Boyle is movement director on Exit The King at the Olivier, National Theatre. This new adaptation by Patrick Marber of Ionesco’s play runs from 17 July until 6 October, book tickets here!

A Monster Calls

The theatre adaptation of A Monster Calls at the Old Vic Theatre features costume design by Katie Sykes and with puppetry by Laura Cubitt.  The production runs until 25 August, click here for further details.

Home, I’m Darling

Laura Wade’s new play Home, I’m Darling features choreography by Charlotte Broom. The productions runs at Theatre Clwyd until 14 July, it then plays at the Dorfman Theatre, 24 July – 5 September

Miss Littlewood

Nina Dunn has designed the video for this new musical about the life and work of Joan Littlewood – Miss Littlewood . The RSC production runs at the Swan Theatre until 4 August 2018, for tickets and info click here.

Alyson Cummins returns to Opera Holland Park to design Mozart’s Cosa Fan Tutte. Performances run until 22 June, book tickets here.

Contagion featured in BBC Four’s Danceworks

Choreographing History (episode 3 of BBC Four’s Danceworks series) focuses on Shobana Jeyasingh’s new production: Contagion. Merle Hensel is designer and Nina Dunn is video designer on this dance piece which will explore the devastating effects of the Spanish Flu during the WW1.


Kiss Me Kate Revival

The Girl on the Train

The Circuit by Moi Tran

The Circuit is an improvised, durational  movement piece  conceptualised by Moi Tran, presented by a group of dancers and a live musician. The Circuitous track represents continuum and journey, whilst the action of walking speaks of commonplace, everyday  rituals and behaviours that tend to be overlooked.
The Circuit will be performed at the Oval Space on Thursday 18 Jan from 6pm at Oval Space and on Thursday 23 Jan from 3pm at RootStein Hopkins Parade Ground.
